My personal goal with Murphey’s Design International is to allow people to purchase the hair care products that they need at a reasonable price and make a contribution from the sales of those products to charity so that we can help the needs of everyone. You can do your part by purchasing products from our site and also emailing this site to your friends and family. By doing this we can all do our part in making this world a better place and one we all can enjoy.
Michelle Murphey - Is now located at Hotheads Salon in Manchester NH and JL Hair Design in Sunnapy NH. Michelle Murphey has catered to the chic, urban professionals of California for the past 10 years. Now she has relocated her business to New England. Michelle Murphey, a Sacramento native, trained as a hair design and colour specialist with Vidal Sassoon, TIGI, Paul Mitchell and Schwartzkopf. She has traveled across the country and abroad to provide the right look for her client’s daily lives or special events.

Shipping Information:
All shipping through USPS has a standard rate of $1.50 per pond weight as long as it is shipped with in the continental United States. All orders have same day shipping on Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00 am and 3:00 pm. Weekend orders (Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped Monday morning at 8 am.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Shipping Information Orders placed on Friday, weekends and holidays will be shipped on Monday or the next business day. Usually we ship within 2-3 business days, however, on some occasions, orders may take longer to process and ship. If that occurs we will notify you of the delay and reason for that delay. We ship nationwide using USPS only. WE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD UNTIL THE DAY WE SHIP.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with any of the products you receive, you may return the item within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. There are no exchange or refunds on any item(s) that has been used or don't have its original packaging. The product must not be opened and must be in resalable condition in order to receive a refund. We will refund your money to the credit card you used to purchase your item. All shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable unless is our error in shipping.
If you would like to return a product, please email us with the order number and the reason for returning the product(s) and we'll do the rest. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed your returned product. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
